Interpretation and Scope
These terms are applicable to the users of the website https://cnss.uk (hereinafter referred to as "Website"
Scope - Your use of this website are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference.
If you transact on the website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the website. By mere use of the website, you shall be contracting with CNSS Limited and these Terms of Use including the policies constitute your binding obligations with CNSS.
2. Definition
2.1"Affiliates" means any operator, either directly employed by CNSS Limited or a registered third party contractor that has entered into an agreement with CNSS which compensates the affiliate for works resulting from business directed to CNSS by the affiliate.
2.2 "Buying" shall mean purchase of any item by CNSS, from the Customer.
2.3 " CNSS" includes CNSS Limited and its Group companies.

2.5 "Customer" means a person or organisation that buys, sells or exchanges products with CNSS.
2.6 "Exchange" shall mean an act of giving one thing and receiving another in consideration to cash, kind or donation.

2.10 "Selling" shall mean any product sold by CNSS to a customer.
2.11 "Store" means a CNSS stores.

3. Selling to CNSS
3.1 CNSS reserves the right to refuse to purchase any Item at their sole discretion.
3.2 CNSS reserves the right to limit the number of purchases at their sole discretion.
3.3 Once you sell your Products to CNSS, the ownership will be transferred to CNSS. You also warrant that you are the rightful and legitimate owner of the product or have been authorised to sell the product and that the product is free from any encumbrances or third party claims. In case the Products are later found out to be stolen, or encumbered and/or fake, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedy (both civil and criminal) against you.

NEW INFORMATION
New information not provided before quoting can affect the price and may invalidate the original quote. Examples of this include, but are not limited to:

Restrictions in access for the van and/or workers

Non functionality of items previously declared by the customer as functional

Waste materials not declared by the customer or not known by either party, such as plasterboard
-
Mixed waste declared by the customer to be waste of one kind (e.g: a ‘bag of rubble’ which contains other materials such as wood, metal etc)

Waste not declared by the customer or not known by either party (e.g: a carpet under a carpet)
QUOTE EXPIRIES
All quotes expire and lose their validity 30 days after being made.
3.5 Obligation to wipe data: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that any device sold to CNSS is clear of any personal information. The Customer would use all reasonable measures to wipe/erase the data on the device or any additional storage device included in that device.
4. Registration/Membership
4.1 You warrant that:
4.1.1 The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
4.1.2 You will update your account to reflect any changes to your personal information.
4.1.3 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
4.3 You may only have one CNSS Online account. If you hold more than one Online account with CNSS the most recently created account will be considered valid and all pre-existing accounts will be suspended.

5.1 All content included on the CNSS website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CNSS or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
